Frequently Asked Questions and General Information

What guarantees can you offer that the job will be finished on time and on budget?

We are all about open communication. Our estimates are just that, estimates. If something comes up that may change the initial estimate, we will contact you immediately to inform you of any changes, and we will not proceed with anything unless you give approval. When we provide our estimates, we try to include any unexpected situations in the initial estimate. As far as completing items on time, as long as it is within our control (Weather permitting), we will have things completed within the timeframe originally discussed.

How can I be sure you are the right person for the job?

We are a fully licensed and insured Pool Contracting Company. The Florida Health Department and local governments are stressing the importance of having someone licensed to do the jobs needed and to take care of pools. We can provide proof upon request. Our Contractor License Number is #CPC1458376.

What experience do you have?

KAST Pools was founded in 2007 but we have 40+ years of experience under our belt when it comes to the Pool Industry. We have experience with a multitude of repairs, pool types (including Chemical and Saltwater, Residential and Commercial), county rules and regulations and more.

What services do you provide?

We provide full services, from Pool Maintenance, Daily/Weekly Visits for cleaning and chemical testing, and repairs as needed. We offer Leak Detection, Resurfacing and Tile needs, motor repairs, equipment maintenance and more. If there's something you need done, just contact us and we can take care of it!
